This blog is my voice so if you’re taking the time to read this right now, thank you!

I post my blogs weekly, on Thursdays (or at least try my best to) so keep a lookout for them each week! Life gets busy sometimes though so I’m not always able to post regularly like I want. Please take the time to read more about me and check out my posts. There’s no bullshit here! (excuse my language). Everything I post is REAL. Most of the time I’m writing how I feel right at that moment. I do my best to be as open and honest with myself and everyone reading. I talk about the good and the bad of dealing with mental illness. I write while I am happy and in a bright head-space but I also write while I’m upset and in a dark head-space. I want to capture ALL of it. ALL of the emotions, thoughts and everything else that comes along with dealing with anxiety and excoriation disorder.
